JD Dipalma1 StarSimple review: Do not use this vendor, attempted to double the price once at my house do to 3 or 4 super small pet stains. When I refused the pet stain treatment he stated that he could not complete the service without doing the pet stain treatment and quickly offered to leave as if he was expecting this to happen. (FYI all reputable carpet cleaning companies will let you sign a waiver and not "force" you to do the pet stain treatment) Of coarse I refused his service and showed him the door.Monday 6th February 2023
eDas The Soul Star1 StarWhere to begin? Our management company used these guys for our maintenance issue that has nothing to do with what they actually do. Not even sure how they got the job. We needed our HVAC filter changed and 3 of our smoke detectors were outdated/didn't work. The owner mocked me because I mistakenly thought the wrong thing was the HVAC. I was offended because I'm not a maintenance worker, so that's not something I'm going to know. Especially, since my husband and I are renting a house for the first time ever. He could have been helpful to teach, but nah. He had to laugh at me. Then, they walked on our carpet with their shoes on. How rude. Most people put on shoe covers. They weren't able to fix the HVAC that day b/c my hubby had to move his car from the garage, which was fine. I called him an hour later to ask him why all 3 alarms were beeping consistently. He told me because it had a sensor. I had no idea what he meant. He said he'd get back with me, I didn't see or hear from him until today, nearly 2 weeks later. I asked him to make sure his partner didn't leave my front door wide open for a third time...clearly, he's not from the South and doesn't understand how bugs can easily get inside with the door wide open. Plus, it's just rude. I also, went into my office to do work and let him know that's where I was going. I heard them for a bit, then nothing. So I got up...they left and didn't tell me ANYTHING. Who does that? When I tell ya'll, these dudes are extreme hot garbage. DO NOT give them business cuz they are full of sh**. Unprofessional and rude. They clearly never heard of customer service.
