We provided services to First On Site almost a year ago and are still struggling to get paid. They sent us a bounced check months after completion, and now, ignoring our calls and refusing to pay, they owe us over $10,000. This negligence has pushed our small business to the brink, forcing us into legal action to recover what’s rightfully ours. It’s appalling that a company of their size shows such disdain for the small businesses they rely on. Beware before you find yourself in our shoes, battling a giant that refuses to honor its debts. This version focuses sharply on the impact of their actions and calls out the negligence directly.

Interstate did the roof on our apartment complex. The crew seemed nice enough but they went very fast leaving trash, debris, and nails everywhere. I got 2 flat tires because of this and the company refused to make things right. If you a business considering using them for a commercial job, just know that your residents or tenants will not be happy with you.

Do not recommend working here if you’re not a “homeboy” or grew up knowing somebody here, rigged management, worked here before somebody else that came in new, come to find out they knew each other I was the first one they didn’t “need” and replaced me with that one person whole job is conflict of interest.
