My wife and have had many experiences with construction companies over the years. Gregg Construction was the absolute best experience we have ever had. After fire damage to our home, Gregg accomplished a complete remodel from floor to roof. They worked with us throughout the entire process, helping us choose everything from cabinet styles, flooring, to paint colors. Their expertise concerning overall design helped us make decisions on the changes in layout for each room. They also kept us well informed of the financial status including change orders and even week to week idea changes on our part. Gregg Construction turned what was a devastating experience into the best home we have ever had. Their professionalism, attention to detail and overall project management is unparalled. Tyler Romaguera was the project manager assigned to our home rebuild. His communicative skills, problem solving and expertise in seemingly all aspects of home construction were paramount in the highly successful completion of our project. I highly recommend Gregg Construction for any home remodeling or rebuilding project.

As first time homeowners dealing with a major devastation we didn’t know what to expect of the gutting and rebuilding process after our house fire. From the very first meeting with Brandon we were given an overview of the process, our questions were answered honestly and with great detail. Gregg also has an excellent system in place with awesome communication and helpful expertise on an easy to use app. We stayed up date every single day! Our project was completed on time, within budget, and with no short cuts.. I mean the quality of work was absolutely amazing!! Plus, helping us to navigate the mortgage and insurance side of things was HUGE. I literally could not imagine going with another company and I will always recommend them to anyone! Thank you Brandon, Glen & Carra!!!

I don’t often write a review, but when I do it is because of either a horrible experience, or an exceptionally well one. This review is for the latter concerning Gregg Construction; one of the preferred vendors (for my national insurance company) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for fire damage restoration services. Chris Cartwright, the head of Gregg Construction quickly called me after USAA notified them after we suffered fire damage as a result of a garage fire. Chris and his leadership staff stated up front, that their goal is to under-promise, and over-deliver. I can say in short, that is exactly what they did! What was going to be a 6-week full demolition and reconstruction project of our entire garage was done in 5 weeks. Their attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and forward-leaning communication demonstrated some of the highest caliber performance I’ve seen in a service provider. There were times that their staff even worked weekends to support the timeline when weather was an adverse factor in the project timeline. Their workers onsite throughout the process were consistently pleasant and supportive to even the finer details. Weird to say, but when the project was complete, I had a bittersweet moment in saying goodbye to them as they headed to their next assignment. There is no doubt that (heaven-forbid I need another repair job due to fire damage), I would hesitate to again seek use of Gregg Construction of Hurst, TX! A job very well done!
