James Han5 StarCorey Burger and the JDR Restoration Team was responsive and informative in regards to a water leak & damage that occurred from our washer water supply in the mud room. We had plans to head out of town for our anniversary weekend so they let us borrow the air mover & air scrubber for the weekend to stabilize the environment and buy us time to enjoy our weekend and work through our options. Allison Mendez5 StarJDR came out the first day. We had to have our entire bathtub and shower stall torn out and rebuilt. They handled the tear down quickly and efficiently. they went to work very quickly, Ivan and his crew always respected our privacy. They did a great job communcating what they were going to do the next day, and what time they would arrive. Their work was of a very high caliber. Ivan worked efficently as a team, and we could not be more happier with the job performed on our master bathroom kitchen and hallway bathroom I would highly recommend JDR Restoration and Remodeling for any remodeling that you may need.Tuesday 30th January 2024
