I pray that I never have to use this company again... but if the need arises, this is who I am going to call. We had a pipe break in the wall (ironically three days AFTER a freeze and not during). I was looking for a plumber for immediate action and called PRG. At first, I was like, "No, I just need a plumber so I will call you back later" but Daniel was like, "Just let me come to a look" so I did and I am grateful for that. He and his team were able to start the mitigation process that night and, though the floor was a loss, he was able to help save the walls. One thing I love about PRG is that it is a real family business. You are going to get a husband/wife team most of the time but then there's also the cousins and grandma even came out to help. The upside to this is the personal touch. The downside was that it does take a little more time because it isn't like they have a warehouse ready to go but I am willing to wait an extra week or two for repairs to get what I want at a good price (although insurance covered it anyway).

Preformance restoration group was the first company to return my call on a Sunday morning. I was given an estimate of $1800 and an ETA of 1.5 hours over the phone. They showed up 4 hours later, and the bill ended up being $2900. They were able to remove the water from the area and place the drying equipment. They replaced a failed sump pump for a fee (additional to the $2900) I was told I was going to be provided 15 air movers for the price of 10, but only 10 were provided. I understand that estimates will very from the final bill, but I think a 60% ($1,100) increase is ridiculous. I would suggest getting everything in writing before employing PRGs services.

The crew at PERFORMANCE RESTORATION are amazing. I worked with Daniel and Jeremy. They were professional and timely. They were calm in the midst of my anxiety when dealing with the mold. They explained every step of the process. They were clean! Didn't leave a mess for me to clean up. They were even helpful when it came to the second layer of the process...speaking with other contractors about the source of the leak. They were my Allies. I didn't know which step to take next. They were very helpful. Definitely recommended.
