Since most multifamily properties are located in or near big cities, multifamily living attracts buyers who work in the city or enjoy the attractions that these metropolises offer. And as apartment home ownership becomes more popular, multifamily amenities and features continuously are evolving to attract more buyers. All of these variables checklists when Restoration Nation operates. RN is always here when you need a reliable Construction Company.

These are extremely exciting projects when it is done with the right partners. Your restaurant is going to create live environment that will make customers return, this is the most common element missing when building.
Restoration Nation has made, learned, and adapted to major changes in the commercial construction industry. Property Maintenance is a serious concern where most property owners and management companies have problems. We work with your values in mind, no matter what the circumstances may be.
Our commercial construction projects include both new construction and repairs/restorations. Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs with our General Contractor services.

Julie Winter1 StarI've waited to write this review because I was so upset by him and his company I couldn't be objective. Now I will stick to the facts. This contractor misrepresented himself to the insurance company during our repairs. My kitchen ceiling collapsed during the Winter storms that became a national disaster in February 2020. The owner responded quickly and was very charming and personable. He got to work with a team of men and I was impressed. It seemed the nightmare would soon be over! Then...nothing for two months all the cabinets and walls he cut out were left on my lawn. I was humiliated. My neighbors began to bring their trash and leave it in my lawn! Why? Well come yo find out Claiming to have done huge pricey repairs that he and his wkrs did not in fact ever do, plan to do and were unnecessary, ie: claimed he put in a new tile floor in the master bedroom. No new tile was installed anywhere. State Farm recognized the inflated invoice for what is was and refused to pay it. This left me and my disabled son without getting basic needs met for over 7 months whereby we lived in our garage without water or a kitchen... Until a new company came and made it liveable for us. Now a Mechanics Lien has been placed on the home that shows to have been initiated by this contractor. When offered a fair price to cover him for the work he did and the material he refused. He actually thinks to get a bit over $150K. A new home could have been.
I now hope we go to court the home has still not been fully redone and I have all the proof. He only came into the dwelling twice. I know he did not do it because I was forced to live that's mildew ridden, unsafe home every day and still do. I was on property everyday any worker was here I can't recommend this contractor for any job as dishonesty is unethical.Friday 7th June 2024
M Winter1 StarI found this companys dealings as dishonest. Businesses should follow a code of ethics. I hate to think I'm being unreasonable to ask my contractor to stick to the bid and don't claim payment for work not done. It doesn't matter if the insurance is paying: it is wrong. Period. Anyway, that was my experience, it's up to you if you wish to trust them. I won't be recommending them to anyone I know.Thursday 25th January 2024
Andy Sheets3 StarMy home flooded Sept. 2019 because of my A/C drip line. The flood was extensive and impacted 7 rooms and the main hallway. My plumber was who recommended me to Restoration Nation. My daughter, roommate and I were forced to relocate during this time due to the extent of the damage.
Restoration Nation responded quickly with a consultation the very next day and promptly began the demo process the following day. I was impressed by the demo, cleanup and their thorough knowledge. This is were the story takes a turn, however, after demoing the parts of my home impacted, my home was not worked on for 2 weeks. They stated they had other projects that had come up and it felt like my home was placed on the backburner for other projects. My bathtub remained on my front lawn for over a month and the debris from the demo was left in my driveway, not in a dumpster for the entirety of the job.
My daughter, roommate and I were displaced from our home for 2 months and it took me yelling at them to get the job completed. Upon completion of the project, my furniture was compromised. It had paint, spackle and debris all over it. They did not cover any of the wall outlets, but instead, painted over them and even spackled one completely to were it was not able to be used.
The end result was a messy, unprofessional, ugly restorative job. I hate to write poor reviews of anyone's company. I thought the owner and his sons were nice, but the job was poorly executed and managed. I finally decided to write a review after months because I do not want anything like this to happen to someone again. I have attached pictures of their finished product in my home. Note the poor paint job, trim "repair", trim placement, and drywall. These are just a few of the pictures I have of the job done in my home.Friday 12th June 2020
Lynn Rogers1 StarWe returned home after 5.5 months of living in a hotel while Restoration Nation "worked" on restoring our home after the February flood. We came home to our carpet still not done, a hole behind our refrigerator, no furniture, mismatched paint, and everything filthy. Our front door has had garbage piled in front of it for months. We have been home 3 weeks and nothing has been completed. It has been a nightmare trying to work with Restoration Nation!Tuesday 17th August 2021
Rachel5 StarThis company did a great job remodeling our guest bedroom. Our water heater burst (which flooded this bedroom) and our insurance company sent Restoration Nation to fix the damage. The workers were very friendly and they scheduled around my busy schedule. Definitely recommend them!Monday 27th July 2020
