Alex made time for us with an incredibly busy schedule and came out promptly. Part of our damage was in our soon-to-be nursery. It was very reassuring having Alex treat the water and potential mold in that important area. He was professional, qualified, friendly, efficient, and fairly priced. They contacted us and was at our house extremely quick on a Saturday, explained the process with us very thoroughly and they did exactly everything they said they would. The communication was great, the follow up was great, and the whole time everything was very professional. Although I hope nobody ever has to go through a leaking wall or roof.
