Lucia Moreno1 StarI am compelled to share my disappointing experience. Initially, I was optimistic about their services as they were referred by my insurance company, and the representative who first contacted me appeared genuinely concerned about addressing the mold issue in my house.
However, the initial positive impression quickly turned sour. After several calls from their end, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and requested an estimate. The representative was polite and assured me that they would promptly assess the situation. Unfortunately, that was the last time I experienced any semblance of efficiency from them.
It has been a frustrating three weeks since then. Despite my numerous attempts to follow up via calls and texts, I have received nothing but vague promises. The representative keeps telling me he will discuss the matter with his team and provide an estimate, but to no avail.
I am baffled by the sudden reluctance to give me an estimate, especially after the initial enthusiasm and eagerness to help. This level of inconsistency and unresponsiveness is unacceptable. As someone dealing with a mold issue in my home, I expected a prompt and professional approach from a company that came recommended by my insurance provider.Tuesday 27th February 2024
Damien Redd1 StarService247 moved and stored all of our furniture after we were referred to them by State Farm insurance. After initially trying to hold our furniture because State Farm disputed their charges, it was noted that a 4 year old $2700 fridge and an $8000 custom entertainment center were damaged. The owner of Service247, Tom, assured me they would fix the entertainment center and replace the fridge. I have not heard from him now in over a month. This whole experience with them has been horrible, and the customer service has been atrocious.Thursday 21st October 2021
John Davis5 StarI called this company to help with an electronics and furniture restoration project we had at our music school due to a water flood. The water heater broke and flooded the entire lower level of the music school. We had guitars, amps, computers and furniture damaged by the flooding. Our questions were answered quickly and we had good, quick service with them. The items were restored to working condition.Wednesday 5th February 2020

Nine months later, we have not received credit and now the company will not return phone calls.
