I don’t usually leave reviews but I must for Solid Restoration. My son has a one bedroom house on my property and a pipe broke in the crawl space and I panicked. The plumber said the meter was running 7 gallons a minute. I called the insurance company and they sent out Mike Garcia from Solid Restoration to handle the mitigation. Having dealt with mitigation people in the past ( where they come in and start ripping out everything & telling you what you HAVE to do) I was skeptical. However I cannot say enough about Mike and how professionally he handled everything. He was respectful of my property, cleaned up, explained everything and dealt with the insurance company. I would highly recommend this company. The water really messed up the hardwood flooring.

Will came by to check out what I thought was a problem with mold. He assured me it was not. But if I wanted it treated he would absolutely treat it. It made my mind at ease knowing there was not a mold problem. There was no charge for the service call and he was right on time :-)
