Had a pipe burst on a Sunday evening and caught it fortunately quickly, and the team from Texas Disaster Restoration was onsite within an hour to start recovery work.

He explained everything well and answered all of our questions. You can tell that he really cares about the quality of his work and his customers. Our master bath shower leaked through to our master closet, and he made sure this was cleaned up and dried out properly. We will be contacting this company again, once we are ready to do the tear out of our master bathroom and the reconstruction, mainly because Jaren was so professional and wonderful to work with. Also, Allison came with him the first night they were here, and she was also kind and professional. Steve Shelby1 StarRun, run, run. Unethical, unprofessional, and shoddy workmanship. They were late, missed timelines, and have no customer focus. Regret everyday selecting them. TDR churns through staff, we saw at least four key people leave the company during our project. They lost some of our stored property for a while, which I think was never lost but a ploy to get a settlement from our insurance company. Here is an good example how they try to take advantage of their customers and insurance. The boxes used to store dishes, books, and misc property were filled only 1/3 full requiring more than double the boxes needed and an additional two PODs when our property was stored to maximize their claim with our insurance company. If you have a fire or water damage, definitely call another company. I'll close with this to illustrate how unethical they are...they manipulated these reviews with comments made by employees pretending to be customers.Wednesday 6th March 2024
